Return Period

You can return any hat within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Condition of Returns

 

    • Hats must be unworn, in new condition, and have the original tags attached1.

    • The hat should be in its original packaging.

How to Return

    1. We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

    1. Pack your hat securely and attach the provided shipping label.

    1. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or shipping center.

Refund Process

 

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

    • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new hat within 1-2 business days after receiving your return.

Exceptions

 

    • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Custom or personalized hats are not eligible for return unless defective.
